E-Taxi Scheme Eligibility Criteria Before Apply:

Have a valid CNIC and driving license.
Have no criminal record or loan default history.
Be unemployed or recently graduated.

Vehicle Models in the Green E-Taxi Scheme

Two main models have been announced under the scheme:

- Color: Mango Yellow
Honri VC30
- Range: 300 km per charge
- Charging Time: 6–7 hours
- Price: Around PKR 5 million

All vehicles will be distributed with official branding and unique government-approved color schemes.

Loan & Installment Plan in Green E-Taxi

The Punjab government has partnered with the Bank of Punjab to manage financing.

Who Owns the Taxi?

During installment period → Vehicle can only be used for online taxi platforms like InDrive, Yango, Careem.
After full repayment → Ownership transfers to the driver, who can then use the taxi for personal or commercial purposes.
